Q. Is it too early to plan our 2009 or 2010 wedding?
A. Yes and No. Although it is never a bad thing to plan ahead, it is possible to plan too early. Airlines release air seats 330 days prior to travel and resorts are also very similar. So if your planning is based on price and you want a December 2009 wedding you are out of luck until at least Feb. 2009. While you are waiting research the destinations you are interested in and not so much the resorts. For your airfare set up an alert with www.farecompare.com and wait.

Q. Where the best destination with the best resort deal?
A. In the most general of terms, the first week in November and December are discounted travel times. You will find excellent rates in Mexico and the Caribbean. Spring break and holidays are more expensive than the rest of the year.

Q. When is the best time of year to travel weather-wise? June through November is huricane season in the Caribbean.

Q. Will a Destination Wedding cost less than a traditional wedding at home?
A. If you were planning on paying for your own wedding at home, you see a substancial savings by planning a Destination Wedding. Your guests will most likely not have the same experience. For the most part your guests are expected to pay for their own travel and this can be more than what they would have spent for your at home wedding.

Q. So how can we keep our guests costs down?
A. Choose a date in early November or December. Offer your guest the choice of 3, 5 and 7 nights at the resort. Choose an all-inclusive resort so you can offer an out-the-door price with no surprises. We also offer payment plans so your guests don't have to pay for the entire trip upfront like they would have to do if they planned with an online travel agency.

Q. What if I plan a Destination Wedding and no one comes?
A. This is possible if you don't know if your friends and family are on board with your plans. Talk to as many people as you can in advance and tell them what a Destination Wedding is so they are not caught off guard. Everyone thinks it's a great idea and they want to go, but when it comes to deposit day, you will find quite a few people unable to attend. If you invite 50 guests, expect about 25 to show.

A. Of course.
